This book gives you advice on how to create a stock of useful ingredients, a practical guide to avoiding expensive mistakes when equipping your kitchen, techniques for culinary success, master recipes, and a resource of essential recipes for the new cook. Hardcover book with a couple of dents in the cover as seen in pictures. The 2nd is My Family's Best, In The Kitchen With Bob by QVC's Bob Bowersox. These are his family recipes. The 3rd is Pillsbury's Time Saver Cookbook. This is 2nd edition from 1967. It has main dishes, deserts, salads, breads, etc. The 4th is The Complete Book of Home Freezing by Hazel Meyer. It was written in 1967. It contains everything anyone would want to know about freezers and freezing. This book is old so has some staining on the cover.
